# Briefwell

Monitor pricing, security advisories, court filings, and public records. Briefwell detects meaningful changes and sends evidence-backed alerts to your team.

## What Briefwell is

Briefwell checks web pages, feeds, APIs, and research topics on a schedule, compares each result with the previous version, keeps a record of what changed, and has AI judge and explain what matters. It delivers two ways: immediate updates when something notable changes, and scheduled, cited reports composed across many sources. Full reports go to email, Slack (a notification that links back to the report), or a signed webhook; a high-priority update can automatically create an issue, task, or record in tools like Microsoft Teams, Jira, Linear, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Google Sheets, and BigQuery. It monitors public sources only and never bypasses logins or paywalls.

## Who it is for

- Competitive intelligence and product marketing teams tracking rival pricing and positioning
- Security and IT teams following vendor advisories for the software they run
- Procurement and supplier teams watching vendor and supplier announcements
- Legal, compliance, and policy teams following filings, dockets, and regulatory change
- Sales and revenue teams watching accounts for buying signals

## What it does

- Scheduled monitoring of public web pages, feeds, APIs, and research topics
- Change detection against the previous version, with the record of what changed kept
- AI judging of whether a change is notable, against a goal you set per source
- Structured field extraction, so each update carries the values you asked for
- Immediate updates and scheduled reports composed across many sources, with citations
- Delivery to email, Slack, and signed webhooks
- Actions into Microsoft Teams, Jira, Linear, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Google Sheets, and BigQuery
- A sandbox that previews the real result and the real cost before a source is activated
- Full history and source evidence on every update
- Creator and viewer roles, so readers can be added without a build seat

## What makes it different

- Every update carries its evidence: the previous value, the new value, a link to the source page, and the time it changed.
- AI weighs each change against a goal you set once per source, so cosmetic edits stay quiet instead of arriving as noise.
- Two shapes of delivery, not one: an immediate update when something moves, and a scheduled report composed across every source with inline citations.
- You preview a source in a sandbox — the real extracted result and the real cost — before you turn it on.

## What Briefwell does not do

- Briefwell monitors public sources only. It does not sign in on your behalf and it does not bypass a login or a paywall.
- It is not a website uptime or status monitor — it watches what a page says, not whether the server is up.
- It is not a vulnerability scanner for your own systems. It follows the advisories vendors publish.
- It is not a listening tool for private groups or closed communities.

## Pricing

- Creator seat: $29 per seat per month. Creators build and tune sources.
- Viewer seat: $14 per seat per month. Viewers read and share.
- $20 of included usage per creator seat each month, and an unlimited number of monitored sources.
- 14 days free, no card required. Start at https://app.briefwell.ai.
- High AI usage or scraping volume may affect final pricing.

- [All integrations](https://briefwell.ai/integrations): A report can arrive by email, in Slack, or over a signed webhook. A high-priority update can open an issue, task, or record in the tool your team acts in.
